I'm a UK based autist, I have been since birth. I will be when I die. I only found out that I was autistic days before my 50th birthday and, to be honest, I didn't have a single inkling - my mask was *that* good.

I have been in a period of self reflection ever since. Obviously, because of my autism, I have also spent much of that time in reasearch mode. I have learned *loads*.

Now I want to share and be open and proud.
